If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt for any purchase at Boutique, Online or via Reseller (post out by HQ)
We will review your request within 14 working days of its receipt and get back to you thereafter.
We may contact you to gather details about your refund request in order to improve our product and customer service.
Please note that reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different than the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for a refund or exchange.
All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund / exchange policy.
Sale/Discounted item (s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchange item (s) will be randomly picked by HQ.
Item must be unworn, unwashed and in the exact condition when purchased.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning defect items will be borne by us. Shipping cost of return items will be transferred to your bank account.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
